Issue state bonds to stabilize pension liability debt
Promote a progressive income tax to gain designated revenue to pay pension obligation
Negotiate pension debt as a shared cost with annuitants and participating members


Elections are the best constitutional term limit

Invest in Illinois infrastructure involving Illinois contractors employing a diverse workforce
Create a state marketing plan to attract business development
Support small business incubators for entrepreneurs of the 21st century
